H. Clifton Foster

I am a life-long Presbyterian.  I grew up in a small Presbyterian congregation in central Massachusetts called Clinton which is part of Boston Presbytery.  I joined the church at the age of 14 and served my home church in a variety of ways.  I was Ordained as an elder and was active in the life of Boston Presbytery and the Synod of the Northeast.  I graduated from Pittsburgh Theological in 1986.  I served the Pine Run church from 1987-1999 and have been the minister at Congruity since 1999.  In my tenure in Redstone Presbytery I have served on various committees and commissions.  

        I am the father of two children—Brennan who is a Certified Nursing Assistant and Kaley who is a junior at Pace University in New York City.  I am looking forward to serving as moderator for 2012.
